Modular Tekniqs modules are custom assembled based on the layout and structural requirements of every project.

Frames and light-gauge steel infill walls are fabricated with precision, with close oversight at every stage.

Once module frames pass inspection, they move to the fit-out stage. With all materials in inventory at the factory, installation moves fast compared with conventional construction.

Our QA/QC programme is rigorous, and each step of installation is checked and documented.

Our in-house logistics team sources cost-effective transport options for delivery to project sites.

The entire process is managed in-house to ensure a seamless delivery to site.

Upon arrival at site, building erection moves at a rapid pace. Our engineers specialise in modular installation, and we also work with other qualified general contractors where required.

Once set and waterproofed, our install teams connect MEP systems, finish module seams and complete all exterior finishes on the building.

Occupancy can often be achieved faster than with conventional construction processes.
